Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. BakeWeigh Pro is a one-time purchase. Pay once and you own it forever — no recurring charges.
Does the app need an internet connection?
No. All ingredient data and conversions are built into the app. It works completely offline — perfect for the kitchen.
Why is "Select Ingredient" required for some conversions?
When converting between volume (cups, tablespoons) and weight (grams, ounces), the result depends on the ingredient's density. 1 cup of flour weighs 120g, but 1 cup of sugar weighs 200g. Selecting an ingredient ensures an accurate conversion.
Where does the density data come from?
Our ingredient weights are based on the King Arthur Flour weight chart and USDA data, cross-verified for accuracy within 2% tolerance.
Can I suggest a new ingredient?
Absolutely! Send us an email with the ingredient name and, if you have it, a reliable weight-per-cup source. We add new ingredients in app updates.
Does BakeWeigh work on iPad?
